Where OCR is not an option, i.e. for written manuscripts, annotated text files or correctional work, we have a battery of data typists. Over the years they have proven to be fast, professional and reliable in capturing your data in electronic form.
Naturally we offer Double Keying-Triple Checking to produce your electronic content.
But we do more! We have also implemented an OCR-Keying-Checking workflow.
We run high quality OCR over your documents and simultaneously an operator keys in.
The process is finalised by another operator who compares the results of OCR and Keying.
This is a timesaving and costefficient solution for large data entry projects.
